Their multi-disciplinary integrated team of actuaries, human resource and tax professionals provide specialized services in the areas of pension, benefits, HR, tax and compensation.

As a Senior Manager, the successful individual would participate in and supervise multiple and challenging compensation consulting engagements for a diverse client base.

Responsible for managing projects and provide advice related to the design and implementation of incentive plans, bonus plans and executive compensation programs for public, private equity as well as owner managed entities.

A successful candidate is expected to contribute to the growth and maintenance of ongoing client relationships. The role also involves project staffing and execution. As a member of their professional team you would supervise and provide leadership to staff as well as initiate and participate in business development and marketing activities.

This professional environment would provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to assist with the development of standard methodologies and to share best practices.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

To qualify, candidates must have:

- A bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of related compensation consulting experience with an emphasis on designing
and assessing competitiveness of compensation packages or other incentive programs
- Ability to address both strategic and tactical client issues
- Ability to identify opportunities to grow the compensation practice
- Tax experience would be an asset but is not a requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team oriented environment
